At the heart of our menu is our slow cooked signature barbecue. Choose from hickory smoked brisket, corned beef, pulled pork, ribs, chicken, house made sausage and other unique offerings.
Pre-ordering now open for smoked spiral cut Pecan Bourbon Glazed Ham or our Signature Whole Brisket. We will provide reheat instructions and a video on how to slice the brisket properly. Order online below or call the restaurant!

With the weather changing and daylight shorter, it's time to adjust our hours. We will close every day at 8PM now until Spring. So, if you are getting a take-out order, call in early enough to have it ready.
