More chains cut dining rooms, focus on drive-thru

We have made the transition to counter service as we try to navigate staffing issues and the ongoing increases in food costs. You will now see our order counter at the front of the restaurant when you enter. We hope this will help us be more streamline and efficient in our quest to provide you the best food and service we can. What we are experiencing is not a local problem rather a national phenomenon. Below is an excerpt from an article on the trend to move away from indoor dining and focus on to go and drive thru service.

Quickservice and fast-casual chains are increasingly moving toward dining room-free models that are primarily focused on drive-thru service.
